I love it!!! Being a Libra, in the zodiac sign of Libra right now....this time of year!! I am feeling pumped with all kinds of energies....might need to ground if it gets worse, lol!
Feeling others' energies as well; youngest is going around kissing a pic of my Grandpa who she has never "met" and has been passed on for 15 years now. The older is feeling like "someone" is watching her at night. We live in my other grandparents' house and she sleeps in her old room. I am having troubles with my Mom and Grandma's energies intersecting with mine....driving me batty!
I don't know how to shield, I feel vulnerable, and I live between the two of them so I am in the midst of their energies.

Alysia, Bran's Chroithat's nice that your grandparents are reaching out to your kids. and that they don't seem to be scared by it. :) so are you an empath? are you taking on the emotions of everyone? spirit and human? i am and have had problems with it for a while. cerberus just taught me how to shield. it has really helped me a lot. i am surprised cause i thought i would've worn off or i would've let it down by the end of the day. but nope. they are great! so here's what i do:
i do a chakra meditation. once i see all them alight, i take the white light from the top of my head. and put a bubble around me. i say that this is to protect me. only what i want to let in or out will be let in or out. you can add more or less if you want. you can make it as hard or easy as you want. i have done it while driving to work before. i also like to drop the shield at night before bed and cleans myself. then i put it back up. mainly cause i get energies and feelings while i sleep. sometimes i feel like that is the most important time for me to shield myself. :) hope this helps! and i hope you have a wonderful day!
